Construction, Development, and Refurbishing in North Carolina

This home was designed in the Arts & Crafts fashion and incorporated small yet important decorative elements such built-up columns and the window planter boxes which set it apart from other homes in the community.

Extensive trim work was used throughout such as 3 piece crown molding, chair rail, 8” base board, and tray ceilings in the dining room and the master bedroom. In the bonus room we added a closet during construction so that it could be used as a large bedroom if so desired. Adding a closet to a bonus room is an easy and inexpensive way to create additional value and desirability in a home. This was a spec home placed under contract half way under construction. The Future homeowners enjoyed working with BroadCraft as we took time to listen to all the details they wanted and incorporated them in their home. Several details where initially quite expensive but BroadCraft was able to produce a more simple, cost effective alternative to give them the look they wanted without significant extra cost. The final touch for the lady of the house delivered by BroadCraft Construction was a Minka Aire fan fashioned in the Arts and Crafts design which she just had to have.
