Construction, Development, and Refurbishing in North Carolina

Sanford Gardens was built in 1983 by Khalif Homes Incorporated. In 2008 discussions began between BroadCraft and the managing company with regard to what improvements should be employed to update the well-kept, but aged apartment community.

Improvements had to be prioritized in order to keep to their fixed budget. It was determined that several key divisions were of significant concern. Work at Sanford Gardens included HVAC replacement, siding replacement, extensive remodeling of the community center, plumbing and electrical fixture replacement, removal and replacement of cracked sidewalks, reinstallation of landscape, pavement milling and overlay, and construction of a new brick entry sign. This project was started in March of 2009 and completed in November of 2009. Project Cost $650,000. This project was completed on time and on budget.
